I am leaving my cozy 3-person shared apartment in district 6 and looking for a new tenant from July.

The shared apartment has 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a large living room. Additionally, there is a cozy balcony.
The room faces the courtyard and is therefore quiet. It is the largest room in the shared apartment and very spacious.
There is a washing machine in the basement for shared use. We also have a basement and attic compartment.

The roommates (both 26) are both open, warm, and also enjoy some time alone. About once a week, we have dinner together, but spontaneously we can of course do it more often. We are looking for an open, friendly, and considerate person who is about 23-28 years old.
