Hi there!

We are Andreas and Alexa, both 36 years old. And Negrita, Alexa's dog!

Andreas is a passionate acro base and trains accordingly often. He enjoys traveling with his bus, works as a work educator, and is currently becoming self-employed as a mediator and coach with NVC.

Alexa comes from the circus, loves foreign languages and improvisational theater, gardens occasionally, and wants to go climbing more this year. She also enjoys diving into the cultural life in Zurich.

Negrita is a lady dog and very calm at home.

We maintain an active spontaneous shared living life, but we also need time alone in between.

We are looking for a third flatmate to complete our newly founded shared apartment, and we look forward to your participation (both spatially and personally ;))!

It is important to us that you prefer living in a shared apartment rather than alone! We are looking for a lively, open-minded, and interested personality. We live uncomplicated, but we like it clean and tidy.

Large terrace with winter garden and beautiful view over Zurich and the lake
Large living room with semi-open kitchen
1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 toilet
Dishwasher and own washing machine in the apartment
Limited rental contract until October 2026 due to renovation
Rent for the room (14m^2) is 949.- plus 13.- Fr internet.
Serafe, electricity will be added.
Move-in possible immediately.
