Single room for rent - 3018 Bern

We are looking for a new main tenant.

The apartment has a living room, 2 WCs, 2 balconies, and a private rooftop terrace. Additionally, the apartment is located near the Stöckacker station, from where you can reach the train station in just one stop (5 minutes) by S-Bahn. The 8 tram also passes by there. By bike, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the train station. In the immediate vicinity, there are also Migros, Alima, and the Salvation Army Brocki.

You would be living with:
Julian, 25 years young, playfully whimsical at times. Plays basketball, does yoga, or enjoys moving around. Open to new experiences. Often found in nature. Creatively inclined, rather a quieter person, and occasionally attends concerts. Works as a childcare worker.

Julia, 25, open and always up for a conversation, with a love for children, penguins, and ramen. Works in gastronomy and therefore has flexible working hours. Additionally, I grew up in Bern and can be very extroverted, but I also need time for myself.
