Single room for rent - 8050 Zürich, Ohmstrasse 20

As I am moving out of my beloved 2-person shared apartment in mid-August, I am renting out my room in Zurich-Oerlikon from August 15 to September 30. If there is a good mutual vibe with my current roommate, there is nothing standing in the way of an indefinite extension of the rental.

Short explanation: My current rental contract runs until the end of September. From October, the rental relationship will be directly transferred to my current roommate (25 years old, just graduated from university, uncomplicated and cool). She will continue the sublease as the main tenant.

The room is furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, etc.) and will be rented as is. Taking over the furniture from the end of September is possible by arrangement.

Location:
The apartment is located directly at Oerlikon train station - it takes about 30 seconds on foot to reach platform 1. The location is great: In less than 10 minutes you can reach Zurich HB.
Numerous shopping opportunities (Migros, Coop, bakeries, weekly market, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity. Recreational areas are also quickly accessible and invite jogging rounds or walks.

To summarize again:
Sublease by me from August 15 to the end of September.
From October: Possibility of extension to an indefinite rental relationship through my roommate.
