You'll get a large room (approx. 18 m²) with two large windows that let in plenty of sunlight ☀️ You'll also have your own bathroom 🚿 Plus, there's a shared balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard 🌿

🛋️ Shared areas:
The kitchen and living room are fully equipped and ready to move in. The second bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer 🧺✨

👨‍💻 About me:
I'm Arno, 27, originally from Aargau and I work in IT. I sometimes work from home, sometimes in the office. In my free time, I like to explore Zurich and meet new people.

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy roommate with a positive attitude. Someone who enjoys a conversation, a shared meal or a trip to the city — but also appreciates their own peace and quiet 😊 Ideally, you are a young professional (20-35 years old, preferably not a student) and can afford the rent (approx. 1/3 of your income).

The rent is 1'350 CHF per month – all utilities are included, so electricity, water, heating, WLAN and household insurance. There are no additional costs.

The current roommate's furniture can be taken over on request for 400 CHF.
