With a heavy heart, I am leaving my small but beautiful 1-room apartment at the end of July, which is located in a super central yet quiet location.

The apartment is located in a well-maintained property. The windows face south/east. On the opposite side is a gym, beyond which you can see the park.

A wall shelf is built into the living/sleeping area. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, under-cabinet lighting and a combination oven/microwave.

The bathroom has a shower and one wall is completely covered with a mirror.

In the courtyard there is a fenced area for bicycles. A separate cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. Washing machine and dryer are shared in the basement with 3 other 1-person households, without a washing schedule (works great).

The apartment is located 300m away from Helvetiaplatz. Tram lines 2, 3 and 8 as well as bus 31 are in the immediate vicinity. Despite the short distance to Langstrasse, the apartment is located in a quiet area.
