Single room for rent - 8400 Winterthur, Anton-Graff-Strasse 19

We are looking for a friendly person for a 12 m² room plus a private office (approx. 8 m²) on the 1st floor of a 6.5-room house. The house is centrally located but quiet.

What to expect:
The room also includes a separate office space – ideal for working, studying, or being creative. The house itself offers plenty of space and a sense of community: Three bathrooms (one per floor), a modern kitchen with everything a cooking heart desires (oven, steamer, dishwasher, etc.) as well as a large laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the basement.

There is plenty of storage space, both in the house and in the garage. In addition, two parking spaces are available for free use. Our garden on the north side invites you to relax, while on the south side a small vegetable patch is growing. In between, on the east side, you will find a cozy terrace with a seating lounge.

The additional costs include numerous amenities, including:

We are Daniel, Andri, Fabio, and Maila (hope you like cats) – between 30 and 32 years old, except for Maila of course. Professionally, we are all employed and/or self-employed. Each of us brings our own daily life and interests, but we also like to take time for the little things in life – like a relaxed get-together.
