I am looking for a subtenant from June 1st, 2025 for my unfurnished room, which is available in a 2-person shared apartment. The room is 15 m2 and is located in a 3.5-room apartment with a balcony.
The shared apartment has a spacious bright living room, two bathrooms (one with a shower), a dining room and a kitchen with everything you need. Washing machine and dryer are shared with the other residents and are located in the basement. There is also a basement with storage space.
The room and the living room are south-east facing (morning sun) and have direct access to the balcony.
The apartment is superbly located (10 minutes to Oerlikon, 15 minutes to the ETH-Hönggerberg campus and 30 minutes to the ETH/UZH center by public transport). In Oerlikon you will find everything you need (Coop, Migros, Al Natura, pharmacy, Jumbo,...)
My roommate is 38, employed and very communicative.
The rent includes all utilities except electricity, which is billed separately.
