Hello, a room of about 11m² is becoming available in our shared accommodation on the road to the Fonderie, starting from 30.06.2025. The apartment consists of a common area with a kitchen/living room and two bathrooms (very practical). From the shared accommodation to Pérolles and Regina Mundi, it takes you barely 8 minutes on foot and 15 minutes to get to the train station. Right next door, there is a Coop Pronto gas station, very convenient for quickly grabbing something to eat. Otherwise, there is a Denner nearby and a few shopping options on the way to the train station. Currently, we are 4 female students in the apartment aged between 20 and 24, and we are looking for a female student (condition of Apartis) who is respectful and comfortable with French.
