Single room for rent - 1700 Fribourg, Zeughausstrasse 24

Due to my studies, I am returning to Bern and therefore renting out my room in shared accommodation in Fribourg. You would live with three friendly young people (two women and one man, all aged 20 to 30). Living in shared accommodation is simple; we can chat a bit or eat together, but we can also stay alone. We speak French, Spanish, or English.
The room is rather small, but the apartment itself offers more than enough space and many amenities:

• Two floors with two rooms each (the advertised room is on the 2nd floor).
• A bathroom with toilet and bathtub, a bathroom with toilet and shower.
• A covered balcony on both floors
• A large living room with a kitchen and connecting entrance
• Storage room for additional storage space
• General layout (practical wardrobes, large sofa, tables, chairs, etc.)
• Washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment
• Central location (5 min. from the bus stop, 10 min. walk from the train station, 5 min. walk from the Pérolles university)
  I will be moving in mid-April, so the room will be available from that date.

  Important: all four parties are registered on the rental contract. The management therefore needs, as a security guarantee, either proof that your income is above 3,500 CHF per month, or the guarantee of a person with an equivalent income.
