Hello, I'm moving out of my room in a 4-person flatshare and we're looking for someone to take over.

The apartment is located in the Cathedral district, with a bus stop right at the building's entrance. We are 2 students and 1 employee, all aged between 20 and 30, living in a calm and friendly atmosphere.

The rent is 480 CHF per month, with about 50 CHF per year for water and electricity. The shared laundry room is in the basement and reserved for our apartment on Saturdays.

The living area includes a sofa and a dining table.

The room is furnished with:
– Bed 140 x 200 cm
– Desk with chair
– Wardrobe

There is also the possibility to take over an underground parking spot, about a 10-minute walk away.
