I'm looking for someone to take over my furnished room (15m2) in a centrally located apartment (90m2) in Zurich, right next to Bäckeranlage Park and close to Langstrasse. The apartment is on the top floor and gets plenty of natural light. It's directly by tram line 8, offering excellent public transport connections. The sublease runs for the remaining three months of a one-year contract, with the option to extend for at least another year. Move-in is possible from June 1st, 2025. You'd be living with a German flatmate who studied in St. Gallen and works in environmental research.
