Starting from July 1st, I am looking for a new roommate for my 2-person shared apartment at Schaffhauserplatz.

The entire house was completely renovated in 2021. Various tram lines (HB: 5 min, Central: 5 min, Hardbrücke: 10 min) as well as shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, bakery) are right at the front door. The Limmat is a 7-minute walk away. The apartment is extremely quiet thanks to modern windows despite its very central location and has sun all day long (including sunset on your room balcony).

The apartment offers the following amenities (see also floor plan):

2 bedrooms (your room has 19 m2 with 2 accesses to the balcony - bed, wardrobe, and shelf will preferably be taken over by the landlord)
2 bathrooms (one with bathtub/shower and washing tower, the smaller one only with WC)
Modern kitchen with induction stove
Balcony access in all rooms (around the apartment)
Underground garage in the house (availability would need to be inquired with management, we are currently not using one).

I am Fabian, 33, originally from St. Gallen, have been living in Zurich for 7 years, and work as a personnel developer at SWISS Airlines while also pursuing further education as a coach.

I am an open, warm-hearted, uncomplicated, and sociable person, love to cook for myself and others (which you can also benefit from :D) On weekends, I am in nature or often go to a rave or a festival abroad.

In a shared apartment, it is important to me that one feels at home and has a very open, family-like but also casual and natural exchange. I really enjoy being in company, but I need enough me-time space for my interests after work. I like it tidy and clean, but I am not a cleaning freak.
