Hello everyone,

We are looking for a new roommate for our dream 2-person shared apartment directly at Lochergut, Badenerstrasse 251 – right in the heart of Zurich. In a prime location with many cozy bars and cafés right at the doorstep – thanks to the attic location, the apartment remains pleasantly quiet.

About the apartment:
The apartment is about 100m² and is spread over 4.5 rooms. It consists of two private bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a well-equipped kitchen, and a unique double-height living room with a fireplace. This leads to an open upper floor with access to our approximately 100 m² private roof terrace, which we share with the second party on the floor.

You can move in from July 8, 2025, until the end of September. We can discuss the move-in date.
The apartment is fully furnished and well-equipped, the room comes with a wardrobe that I would leave behind.

About the shared apartment:
You would live with Cyrill, an open and sociable graphic designer who also makes a lot of music – creativity, cleanliness, and a good coexistence are welcome.
