Hi all.
I am moving out from a beautiful apartment in Guggachpark near Bucheggplatz. My roomies Lorenzo and Giovanni are searching for a new flat mate. Both are cool Italians, that studied at ETH and are now working as a Computer Vision engineer or as a PhD student. Both also play football.

• Apartment: 4.5 Zimmer-Wohnung / 3. Stock, HS4 - 3D, 09218.09.0914.03, 105.9 m2 (interior) + 15.8 m2 (exterior), 12 m2 (room), cellar.
• Rent: 1231 CHF (gross rent)
• Furniture: Room is NOT furnished.
• Move-in date: July 1, 2025 (Note: Move-in date can be moved to a bit later.)
• Condition: The shared furniture in the apartment (e.g. dinning table, chairs, couch, kitchen stuff, etc.) is used by all and will remain in the flat. The new tenant would need to buy-in into the apartment.

Candidates?

• Preferably young professional, 25-35 years old.
• Clean and cool.
