Description:
We are a flatshare of 4 in a beautiful, bright, and large apartment in Zurich Oerlikon.
We are looking for a new roommate to move into a 12.2 m² room (down to the left) starting from mid-August or from September 1st 2025, or by agreement. The room is unfurnished, very bright, and costs 679 CHF per month plus up to 40 CHF utilities (e.g., electricity, internet).

The common areas, such as the kitchen, living room, balcony, and bathrooms, are well-maintained and shared by all roommates. The whole flat has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Public transport is excellent, with train, tram, and bus lines only a 1-2 minute walk away. Nearby, you'll find shopping options like Migros, Coop, and 24-hour stores.

We also have Artù, a very friendly cat who is part of the household.

We are looking for:
An uncomplicated, interesting, and tidy person, preferably with flatshare experience. We are a rather quiet flatshare that enjoys spending time together in the kitchen or watching a movie on our projector, while also respecting each other's privacy.
We are not a party flatshare, as we all work, but we do appreciate good company.

We are:
Laura (30), Daniel (29) and Susanna (28). We have been living in Switzerland for 5-7 years. We are all working and we have open personalities. We love cooking together and occasionally enjoy spending evenings in the big kitchen.
We value a good balance between social interaction and personal space.
