We are renting a free room in a young shared apartment in the heart of Zurich Oerlikon.

The room for rent has a size of 10m2.
The price is CHF 736 for the room plus about CHF 70 for additional costs.

In addition to an excellent location within a 10-minute walking distance to Oerlikon train station, the apartment is also very modern and spacious (~150 m2). Besides a washing tower in a separate utility room, a large kitchen, there is also a large balcony that can be used for barbecues in the summer, for example. Despite the proximity to shopping facilities and public transport, the location is quiet.

Currently, 4 people live in the shared apartment (2 women, 2 men), you would be roommate number 5. The atmosphere is collegial, relaxed, and we all pay attention to order and cleanliness.
We are all employed or pursuing a degree. We are not a party WG, but certainly not a purpose WG either.
We appreciate the shared exchange with each other or enjoy spending time together, for example at joint dinners.
