The room is located on the sunny side of the house in a quiet neighborhood, has three windows and is therefore flooded with light. The room is 23m2 large. The view from the window leads to the green surroundings, the golf course and the wooded hills. The room has a balcony, from which the sunset can be wonderfully enjoyed.

The room is located in a semi-detached house with a huge garden. For shared use there is the garden (with raised beds and tomato house), the barbecue area and the lawn. A parking space, washing machine, dryer, heating, water and electricity are included in the CHF 1'000 rent. The rent also includes a shared studio/office room. A stream runs through the property, which is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.

There are two bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub, the other with toilet and sink.

The house is located 5 minutes from the Oberkirch S-Bahn station and is therefore optimally connected to public transport. Sursee is quickly reachable, where numerous shopping facilities are available.

We are four people living in the shared flat with you. Yannik (28) and Selina (23) each have their own room and work in childcare and youth work. They like to be outdoors, take care of the garden or cook something delicious. Andrea and Marvin, freshly retired, rent a room together, but live in France. They are in the shared flat for about a week a month when they visit their friends and family.

We are looking for an open-minded, reliable person who appreciates life with green surroundings and enjoys participating in the shared flat. It is important to us that we have transparent communication in the shared flat, which forms the basis for a harmonious and good coexistence.

With us you can relax, let your creativity run free and enjoy the beautiful nature. We are interested in the well-being of our fellow residents. Joint activities such as cooking, grilling or game evenings are welcome, but not mandatory. It would be nice if there were occasional opportunities for such activities.
