In our beautiful, listed villa, a room in the ground floor apartment is available! The house is only a 3-minute walk from Sursee train station – just as close is the Surseepark with all shopping facilities. In about 10 minutes you can reach the charming little town and in about 20 minutes the lake. A small forest with a Vitaparcours as well as the nearby sports hall (bouldering, paddling, badminton) or the Aquaparc nearby make the location even more attractive.
About us roommates:
We are three uncomplicated guys between 22 and 31 years old – two from the construction industry, one from IT. We appreciate spontaneous encounters, but we also like to sit together and plan joint activities. We keep the common areas clean with a cleaning schedule.
We are looking for:
An open, uncomplicated person who is interested in a relaxed shared living experience. There are no special requirements – the main thing is that it fits personally.
Good to know:
Included in the price are internet, waste stickers, laundry detergent, and other household basics. In the living room, there is a TV with access to common streaming services – perfect for movie nights together or chill Sundays.
Move-in date:
From early May – a later move-in is also possible by arrangement. If you are interested, we would be happy to clarify this by phone or at a viewing appointment.
