We, a family with a child (10 years old) and a medium-sized dog, offer a beautiful furnished room, approx. 14 m², in Bern West (near Westside - Bernaqua) in a very quiet location (car-free, recreational area, forest and Vita-Parcours right next door) for sublet.
Private bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Room with large bed (180 x 200 cm), chest of drawers, TV, WLAN, refrigerator, mini oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery.
The room also has a balcony with a small table, chair and recliner.
No cooking or laundry facilities available.
The room is only rented from Monday to Friday (only for weekly guests) By arrangement also from Sunday evening.
Holenacker tram station (line 8) is a 4-minute walk from the house and runs every 6 minutes (HB-Bern by tram 17 minutes). The Brünnen S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk away and runs every 15 minutes.

The price (650 CHF/month) includes: Rent incl. utilities (water, electricity, heating, TV and internet fees), weekly room cleaning with towel and dishcloth change incl. bed linen cleaning -> (every 14 days).
Underground parking space can be rented if required.
We only rent our room to non-smokers, as well as quiet, tidy, clean and conscientious tenants.
