Single room for rent - 3007 Bern, Balderstrasse 20

The room is quite large (about 16m²). We are happy when everyone contributes to the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment also includes a balcony that can be used by everyone.

Gioia (she/her) 25 years old. I am studying law in my master's program and will be going on an exchange to France in the summer. In my free time, I enjoy swimming in the Aare, skiing, and meeting friends. I will be moving out at the end of July, so the room will be available then.

Florin (he/him) 24 years old. I am studying medicine in my 6th year and will be taking my state exam in the summer. In winter, I enjoy being in the mountains snowboarding or sledding. I also love to travel, so it can happen that I am often not at home.

We are looking for: A person around our age who is willing to take over the main tenancy from the move-in date.
