This is the realization of a group of contiguous houses of contemporary architecture that meets the << MINERGIE ECO >> label. The project is located in a villa area in the municipality of Chêne-Bougeries.

Organization of spaces
Ground floor
From the entrance hall, you access the dressing/WC and the staircase leading to the upper floor and the basement, then to all the spaces on this level. A large living and dining area faces southwest and the terrace. The house has a garden that is approximately 350 m2 in size.
