On the ground floor there is the living/dining area with kitchen, entrance area and a shower/WC, as well as a large partially covered terrace, all with tiled flooring. On the first and second upper floors there are a total of 4 separate rooms and a room open to the stairs, which can be used as a study, all with parquet flooring, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and WC. In the basement there is the washing machine, 2 hobby rooms and sufficient storage space. A small garden, a garage and a forecourt with space for 2 more cars are included in the rental price. Electricity and water are paid directly by the tenant. For heating and other additional costs, approximately CHF 150.- must be paid additionally per month.
