Kölliken train station or Kölliken-Oberdorf train stop can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. By car, you are on the A1 motorway (Aarau West) in a few minutes.

has been permanently maintained and serviced over the years and renovated inside and out from November 2019 to 2023. In the basement there is a children's room, shower/WC (new in 2023), the laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer replaced in 2024), a storage room, central heating with oil tank, a large craft/hobby area and the garage. On the ground floor is the large living-dining room separated by a fireplace, the kitchen (completely renovated in 2004), the master bedroom and the bathroom/WC (new in 2023). On the upper floor there are two children's rooms, one of which has an area of approx. 25m2 and a large attic.
