Despite the quiet residential location, the rental property is extremely central: In 3 minutes you can walk to the Töss train station and the Winterthur-Töss motorway access can be reached by car in about 2 minutes. By bike you can reach the city center of Winterthur in 8 minutes and the Eichliacker (primary school) and Rosenau (secondary school) schools are within 2 and 5 minutes walking distance respectively.
