The construction of this spacious two-family house focused heavily on sustainability. With the exception of the basement and garage, the building was constructed using wood. Almost 90% of the materials used are organic.

The additional costs amount to CHF 350.--/month. A garage space (CHF 150.--/month) and an outdoor parking space (CHF 50.--/month) are included in the rent. The option for an additional garage space or outdoor parking space would be available upon agreement.
All desirable infrastructures such as shopping facilities, kindergarten, schools, fitness, outdoor pool, etc. can be reached on foot, by bike, or by bus in a few minutes. The bus lines offer connections to Rheineck, Heerbrugg, or St. Gallen. From Heiden train station, the train runs hourly to Rorschach (harbor), from where connections to Romanshorn and Weinfelden are available.
