What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience as a manager or tenant in comparable gastronomy
• Valid hospitality license (Canton of Lucerne)

• Ability to lead a team, inspire guests, and establish a stable operating concept
• Complete small inventory
• Additions to the kitchen inventory depending on the operating concept

We are looking for an authentic and proactive gastronomy professional with the ability to inspire guests, motivate employees, and successfully operate with partners.

Solid business management knowledge is required. Professional experience as a tenant or manager in running a restaurant of similar size is an advantage. A valid hospitality license is mandatory.
