To establish a new gastronomy area in the two-story east wing of the St. Margrethen train station, we are looking for an innovative partner who wants to contribute their ideas for the development of a gastronomy concept and aims for a long-term collaboration.
In this part of the building, the ground floor and the first floor are available with approximately 75 m2 of usable space each. We want to tailor the necessary renovations to the needs of the future tenants and develop this attractive location together. The adjacent flat roof offers the possibility to implement an outdoor terrace with a rooftop character. We are open to all ideas, whether it be an Irish pub, wine bar, classic restaurant, coffee roastery, or brewery.
The aim is to start renovations in January 2027, so that the opening can take place in summer/autumn 2027.
