The industrial building is located in the industrial area of Lugano Nord, easily accessible by highway and will be completed by the end of September. The spaces can be used for offices, artisanal or non-intrusive industrial production, storage, and warehouses, divisible according to your needs. The structure is finished to the raw state except for the common access areas and the underground garage, where all finishes have already been completed. The internal spaces will be finished according to requirements.

The services are located in the access towers with, in each, 2 bathrooms + 1 disabled bathroom, for a total of 6 on each floor. Those in the north tower have not yet been built and will be depending on the nature of the spaces requested for rent. At PT and II P, provisions have been made for an additional 4 services per floor, realizable upon request.
