We offer two private offices / offices for 1 to 4 workstations for use in the coworking space or for rent.
The first office is approximately 30m2 for 1 to 3 workstations. The second office is approximately 40m2 intended for 2 to 4 workstations. The two offices can be combined through a connecting door.
In addition, there are over 700 m2 of shared space with two excellently equipped conference rooms (Wifi, projector, whiteboard, magnetic walls, flatscreen, etc.), a relaxation room for unwinding (ideal after lunch or after an intense meeting), fully equipped kitchens, lounges, foyers, dining areas, soundproof phone booths, A4 and A3 printers/scanners, various coffee machines, a sun terrace, sanitary facilities, and a large parking lot. Naturally, we provide super-fast internet throughout the coworking infrastructure. A massage chair and a billiard table have also recently been added to our offerings.
The 30m2 office is already available from CHF 700 / month. The 40m2 office is offered from CHF 900 / month. For an additional CHF 90 / month per person, the entire coworking infrastructure can be used. We also provide furnished workstations for CHF 50 / month per workstation if needed. A surface cleaning with waste disposal is also available for CHF 90 / month per office. We offer a coffee/tea flat rate for CHF 10 / month per person.
Electricity costs are included in the coworking usage model with furnished workstations. In the rental model, they are billed separately by the building owner in the private offices. Heating costs are always included.
Furthermore, the printers can be used by us. Printing costs amount to CHF 0.05 per page B/W and CHF 0.08 per color page (x2 for A3). The use of the conference rooms in the coworking space is included for about two half days per month. After the inclusive time, they can be booked at the internal coworking fees of CHF 20 / h for the large room and CHF 15 / h for the small room.
All costs are excl. VAT. There is a 3-month notice period and no minimum contract duration (unless desired). A private mailbox will be provided, and the domicile in Bottighofen is given.
The coworking hosting is responsible for the cleaning and smooth operations in the common areas, and as hosts, we are always available for questions (including technical ones).

Our coworking space offers ideal conditions for all professional purposes to work efficiently while also nurturing the creative soil for a productive socio-economic work atmosphere that invites well-being. The host takes care of the smooth operational processes within the coworking community.
In addition to the exclusive use of our private offices, we offer the communal use of the entire coworking space with shared office infrastructure over 700m2. This includes two presentation rooms, a relaxation room for unwinding, social lounges, soundproof phone booths, foyers, dining areas, kitchens, sun terrace, cloakrooms, sanitary facilities, and parking spaces for cars and bicycles.
In the coworking building, there are also two meeting rooms available for all coworkers with a full HD projector, 4K UHD monitor, white/flipboard, and magnetic walls for creative and interactive presentations. A full-privacy conference room offers complete privacy and capacity for up to ten people. A second team room is separated by soundproof glass walls and accommodates up to six people. In addition to the lounges, which provide ideal space for resting or socializing, our fully equipped kitchen, with associated dining areas for stimulating conversations and valuable exchanges of experiences, serves as an ideal springboard for implementing projects with combined skills.
The coworking management and hosting are responsible for the cleanliness and smooth coordination of the shared areas. We, SEELEBEN AG, feel responsible for the well-being of all coworkers at their workplaces and during their stay in our coworking space. We are also responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all rooms, with the technical facilities and furniture.
