We offer a private office for 1-4 workplaces for use in the coworking space or for rent.
The office is 39m2 large and can be rented separately or used in combination with coworking.
With coworking, over 700 m2 of shared space is available with two excellently equipped conference rooms (Wifi, beamer, whiteboard, magnetic walls, flatscreen, etc.), a relaxation room for relaxing (ideal after lunch or after an intensive meeting), fully equipped kitchens, lounges, foyers, dining areas, soundproof telephone booths, A4 and A3 printers/scanners, various coffee machines, a sun terrace, sanitary facilities and a large car park. Of course, we provide WIFI throughout the coworking infrastructure via fiber optic internet. A massage chair and a billiard table are also part of the range.
The office can be rented for CHF 900/month or for an additional CHF 90/month per person (1st person CHF 190/month), the office, plus the entire coworking infrastructure can be used (coworking model). We also provide furnished workplaces for CHF 60/month per workplace if required. Cleaning of the furnished office is included. Without furniture, floor cleaning with waste disposal costs CHF 60/month. Cleaning of a workplace is available for CHF 30/month. We offer a coffee/tea flat rate for CHF 15/month per person.
Heating costs are included in the coworking model and CHF 60 per month in the rental model (approx. CHF 1.50 per m2).
Parking spaces are included in the coworking model and CHF 46 per vehicle in the rental model.
Electricity costs will be billed separately.
Furthermore, the printers can be used with us. Printing costs amount to CHF 0.5 per page black/white and CHF 0.10 per page color (x2 for A3). The use of the conference rooms in the coworking space is included for approx. two half-days per month (approx. 8 hours). After the inclusive time, the meeting rooms can be booked at the internal coworking fees of CHF 20/h for the large room and CHF 15/h for the small room. Day and half-day passes are also available.
All prices exclude VAT. A 6-month notice period applies and there is no minimum contract duration (unless desired). A separate mailbox is provided and the domicile in Bottighofen is given.
The coworking hosting is responsible for the cleaning and the smooth running of the communal areas and as a host we are always available to answer questions (also of a technical nature).

Our coworking space offers ideal conditions for efficient work for all professional purposes and at the same time cultivates the creative breeding ground for a productive socio-economic working atmosphere, which should also invite you to feel good. The host takes care of the smooth work-related processes within the coworking community.
In addition to the exclusive use of our private offices, we offer the shared use of the entire coworking space with shared office infrastructure on over 700m2 of space. This includes two presentation rooms, a relaxation room for relaxing, social lounges, soundproof telephone booths, foyers, dining areas, cloakrooms, kitchens, A4/A3 multifunction printers/copiers, as well as super-fast internet and much more. The use of all facilities, including parking spaces and sanitary facilities, is available 24/7, 365 days a year and is included in the usage fee.
In the coworking building, there are also two meeting rooms for the use of all coworkers with a Full-HD beamer/projector, 4K-UHD monitor, white/flipboard, and magnetic walls for creative and interactive presentations. A Full-Privacy conference room offers complete privacy and capacity for up to ten people. A second team room is separated by soundproof glass walls and has room for up to six people. In addition to the lounges, which offer ideal space for resting or socializing, our fully equipped kitchen, with associated dining areas, also offers opportunities for stimulating conversations and the valuable exchange of experiences. This as an ideal springboard to implement projects with combined skills.
The coworking management and hosting are responsible for the cleanliness and smooth coordination of the shared areas. We, SEELEBEN AG, feel responsible for the well-being of all coworkers at their workplaces and generally during their stay with us in the coworking space. We are also responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all premises, with the technical equipment and furniture.
