From now on or by arrangement, the 2nd hall can be occupied at the Gretzenbach location. The location in the Gretzenbach industrial area, centrally located between Aarau and Olten, is accessible within a few minutes from the A1/A2 motorway.

Thanks to the modular construction, the room size can be adapted to customer-specific requirements. The usable area of a two-story box is approximately 95 m2 (ground floor 65m2, upper floor 30m2) and depending on the need, two or more boxes can be connected. Each box is separately accessible through a large sectional door including a service door and is operated completely autonomously.

Motorway connections:
Kölliken/Aarau-West: 10 min., Aarau-East via Aarau: 12 min.
Motorway junction Rothrist/Oftringen: 12 minutes
Train connections:
Regional traffic from Däniken station every 30 minutes to Aarau/Olten (IC connections)

The boxes offer tenants a lot of flexibility for individual furnishing. The boxes can cover a wide range of needs and appeal to diverse user groups:
