This comprises approximately 165m2 and is suitable for both office and commercial uses.
Location and working environment:
The settlement is located in a quiet area and is characterized by various uses as offices and commercial spaces as well as apartments, surrounding small businesses also enrich the neighborhood. The courtyard or alley-like outdoor areas provide space for breaks or after-work relaxation.
Public transport stops are in immediate proximity – it is a 2-minute walk to the Siemens stop of tram line 3, and the stops for bus lines 83 and 89 can be reached in 4-5 minutes. Shopping facilities as well as various restaurants and takeaways are also within walking distance.

The 165m2 large area with a room height of 2.60m is rented by us as an open large room. In addition, there is a kitchenette and floor channels for electrical and multimedia distribution.
The toilets are shared by all offices and commercial spaces in the building (2 other smaller areas). Parking spaces can be rented in the underground garage, visitor parking is available in the outdoor area immediately around the building.
In the neighboring building (Freilagerstrasse 19) or directly in the adjacent room, there are flexible rooms available for shared use, e.g. for presentations, meetings, exhibitions, or a small workshop.
