Furnished apartment for rent - 8400 Winterthur, Hermann-Götz-Strasse

I am renting my apartment in Winterthur from 01.09.25 to 30.04.26. Shorter periods are also possible by arrangement. An extension beyond April may also be possible. The apartment is located in a quiet street in a very nice neighborhood and is only a 10-minute walk from the train station. It is just under 30 sqm in size, but well laid out and offers various storage options. There is also a lockable cellar compartment. It is rented fully furnished, including a bed that can be extended to 160cm. In the basement, there is a shared and free laundry room including a drying room. I am looking for a reliable person, preferably with a green thumb (I will take some plants with me, others maybe not). Registration will unfortunately not be possible during this period.
