I, 43 years old, am looking for a roommate starting at the end of September 2025. I refer to it as a shared apartment, as I am often away privately.
The room is 15.3m2 and also includes a dressing room/office of 6.8m2, which faces the courtyard. The bedroom opens onto Paulstrasse and has a small bay window with small side windows. In addition, there is a built-in wardrobe and a very nice parquet floor. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, without an elevator. The kitchen is new, spacious, and equipped with a gas stove. The apartment has the typical old building charm with parquet floors and old tiled floors. All windows are new. The house is listed as a historical monument and was renovated last autumn (except for the apartments). The apartment is located right by Winterthur train station, super central location (30m to the underpass). Bicycle parking is possible in the courtyard, cellar, or behind the house. We share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There is also a nice garden for shared use. The apartment is a non-smoking household. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. The monthly rent is 1016.- (electricity bill from the city of Winterthur comes quarterly additionally).
