It is a modern and bright 3.5-room apartment with a balcony and a second bathroom (with shower and washing machine), located about 1 km from the Bulle motorway exit and about 250 m from the Champ-Francey bus stop. A large parking lot is located opposite the apartment.
I use one room exclusively for massages and make it available on some days/week as a massage and/or office space. It has a nice view of the Moleson.
Regarding the price:
1650.- + 195.- NK = 1845.- - Fr. 100.- = 1745.- (the contract provides for a special deduction of Fr. 100/month, while the actual NK is currently somewhat higher). The size is estimated.
Rental:
- Single days: Fr. 100 / day (+ small NK share),
- from 9 days/month: Fr. 870.-/month (+ NK share) - incl. use of kitchen, balcony, and 2nd bathroom
Goal: consistent number of days per month (preferably from 7-8 days)
Access to the apartment Mon - Fri, times by arrangement
Preferably non-smokers (or smoking on the balcony) and vegetarian diet.
