The 4 buildings gathered around a collective space accommodate:
The senior living quarters are small apartments ranging from studios to 2.5 rooms. These units are located around a spacious and bright interior street. Double-height common areas create genuine gathering spaces to complement the housing offerings, allowing seniors to enjoy quality time together.
The apartments feature spacious living spaces and are designed to meet the needs of seniors. All apartments feature generous balconies, 2.60m ceiling heights, and are equipped with dual-flow ventilation.
Building C houses 2.5-room family apartments that benefit from two orientations. The ground floor houses the two entrances to the apartments, as well as a retail space with a private outdoor extension.
At the east corner, a common room for residents completes this level, allowing residents to gather and
to organize private events. The family apartments all benefit from 2.60m ceiling height and are equipped with double flow. The accommodations benefit from a generous living room extending onto a loggia or a terrace equipped with a storage cabinet. All apartments are fully equipped with electric blinds, have their own cellar, an individual washing/drying column as well as wardrobes in the entrance. These advantages improve the quality of life of future occupants.
