Ideal for young couples or singles. Large cellar compartment available. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Sufficient blue zone parking spaces in front of the house. Very good connections with public transport: Two minutes walk to Bruggen train station and bus stop (3-4 lines in the immediate vicinity), shopping facilities as well. We are interested in a long-term tenancy and will therefore give you the 37th month's rent (excluding ancillary costs) after 3 years of rent, provided that the tenancy is in an uncancelled state.
