Our beloved 3-room apartment in Höngg is available for exchange. A parking space can be rented for 120.- per month. The apartment is located at the back of the building and thus not directly on the street. The bus/tram station is a two-minute walk away. The Werdinsel can be reached in 7 minutes. From the garden terrace, you can reach Hohenklingenallee in a few seconds and have a wonderful view of the city. We do not have a washing plan. We have super nice neighbors and there is a family atmosphere.

Our family is looking for a larger apartment in Höngg, as we would like to grow. For exchange, our family is looking for a 4-4.5 room apartment also in Höngg, with a rental price of max 2,300 CHF.
