In a central location in Brugg, we rent a beautiful, charming 4-room penthouse apartment from July 1, 2025. The apartment and the house underwent extensive renovation in 2023. The historical elements of the property were consciously incorporated into the conversion and characterize the unique character of the apartments. The interior and exterior areas have been completely overhauled. The property has been completely renovated in terms of energy efficiency. Some elements from the construction period around the turn of the century were preserved (especially in the entrance and stairwell area). The apartment is particularly suitable for singles or couples.
