In a central location in Brugg, we are renting out two beautiful, charming 4-room apartments starting July 1, 2025, or August 1, 2025. These are the attic apartment and the apartment on the 2nd floor with a balcony.
Viewing appointments are available by registration (call or SMS) on Monday, June 2 at 7 PM (attic apartment) or on Tuesday, June 3 at 7 PM (2nd floor with balcony).
The apartments and the house underwent extensive renovation in 2023. The historical elements of the property have been consciously integrated into the renovation and shape the unique character of the apartments. The interior and exterior areas have been completely overhauled. The property has been energetically renovated as a whole. Some elements from the construction period around the turn of the century have been preserved (especially in the entrance and stairwell areas). The apartment is particularly suitable for singles or couples.
In the basement, there is a laundry room and a drying room for shared use. Each apartment has a cellar compartment.
Various shopping options, universities, and the Brugg train station are within walking distance (2-5 minutes on foot).
If needed, a parking space would be available in the medium term (for 100.-/month). We are happy to answer any questions you may have. We ask for your understanding, we do not work with agencies.
