At the historic Melserhof, 50 condominiums and rental apartments have been created, along with a comprehensive gastronomy area featuring a restaurant and event space.
The ground floor apartments are 1.5-room studios. This apartment has a room size of 36 m² and impresses with a spacious corner terrace.
Residents can feel completely at home while enjoying hotel-like amenities through internal or external services. The entire facility is wheelchair accessible.
A parking space in the underground garage can be rented for CHF 150.00/month. Ample visitor parking is available.

The building currently under construction consists of the following:
Residents have access to a centrally located community room on the ground floor. The community room features a lounge area with a fireplace and two fully equipped kitchens. Adjacent to the community room is a covered terrace and a south-facing sunbathing lawn.
Public transport (a bus stop and the Mels train station) is easily accessible at any time adjacent to the development.
Construction Description
The 1.5-room studios impress with a bright and spacious living area, modern kitchen appliances, and the latest building technology.
A photovoltaic system with a capacity of approximately 90 kilowatts on the flat roof will be integrated into the apartments to be used economically in the internal network for self-consumption.
Two wheelchair-accessible passenger elevators (one large and one small elevator) are available in the stairwell.
With a video surveillance system in public areas such as the stairwell and corridors, the underground garage, or the entrance area, the common areas can be monitored at any time, providing residents with a sense of security.
Heat generation for heating and hot water needs is provided by a water-water heat pump. In summer, the living spaces can be cooled using the reverse effect of the heat pump via underfloor heating. Heat distribution is done through underfloor heating. Electric room thermostats are found in the rooms and living areas to control the underfloor heating and cooling system.
Each apartment is equipped with a built-in safe.
