I am looking for a new tenant for my 2.5 room apartment starting from 01.08., who will take over the main rental contract. I am moving to Sweden for my studies, so I unfortunately have to give up my great apartment.
It is about a 60 sqm apartment on the 1st floor with an elevator, 2 large rooms, and a kitchen with space for a full dining table for 4-6 people. The daylight bathroom with bathtub, the entrance, and the kitchen have an easy-care vinyl floor, while the living room and bedroom have somewhat outdated herringbone parquet. There are several large built-in wardrobes in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. There is a laundry and drying room in the basement with a washing machine and dryer. An active Salt Fiber internet contract runs until October '26 and should be taken over. There is a large balcony at the back of the building. A basement room is also available.
The tram station Kocherpark can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, the main station and old town in 10 minutes. The building is located in a quiet side street.
Since I am moving abroad, almost all furniture is available for takeover, for which a discount can be agreed upon.
I myself came to the apartment this way last year, everything went very smoothly with the landlord company, they are already informed about the process. The company requires proof of finances, which must show that the net salary is at least three times the rent. Please do not apply if you cannot provide this. It is not my rule, but it would lead to a non-establishment of the rental relationship. A household insurance is mandatory according to the rental agreement.
Viewings via video call are expressly possible, I viewed this apartment this way last year and am currently doing the same for my current apartment search.
