I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful 2.5 room apartment with balcony, as I have to move due to work. The move-in date is June 15, 2025.

The apartment is located in the green Sandrain, just a few minutes walk from the Aare, the Marzilibad, and the tram stop Sulgenau. Jogging and cycling routes away from the city and traffic start right in front of the house. Shopping options are within a few minutes walk through Coop and Aldi. It takes about 10 minutes by bike to the train station. Nearby are also the Gelateria di Berna and the Dampfzentrale, as well as other restaurants and the Bern University of Applied Sciences. The apartment is very quiet in the green but still very central, the old town is easily accessible, for example.
