Spacious and bright apartment for subletting in the heart of the Monbijou district! I am renting out my cozy 2-room apartment on Effingerstrasse over the summer. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, providing a great retreat in the city center of Bern. Despite being close to the city and having good public transport connections, the apartment is quiet and offers plenty of space to linger and relax. The large windows and the location on the 4th floor make the rooms very bright and allow a lot of daylight to enter.

The apartment has a balcony, a large bathroom with a bathtub, and plenty of storage space thanks to the built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the apartment has high-speed internet. Due to the layout, the apartment is best suited for individuals or couples.

I am looking for someone to rent my apartment for at least 1 month (but preferably 2 months) and also take care of my plants a bit. For the efforts regarding the flora, I have slightly reduced the rent. The apartment can be moved into as early as June 29, 2025, and must be vacated by August 31 at the latest.
