I'll be giving up my studio apartment on July 1st.

Requirements:

• A Betreibungsregisterauszug (Swiss debt collection register extract), no older than 3 months, is mandatory.
• Payslips from the last three months must be submitted.
• A copy of a valid ID (passport or national ID card) is required.
• Applicants are only eligible if their monthly income is at least three times the rent (i.e., approx. CHF 2,763 or more).
• All documents must be ready by May 30th.
• Moving in on July 1st is mandatory.
