Single room for rent - 8045 Zürich, Eichstrasse 12

Hello there

My nice little WG room in a shared flat is available from the 01.09.2025. It's a 5 person household. Due to the fact, that my room (2. floor) is the second smallest in our two story terraced house, i'm sharing another room (1. floor) with one of my mates as a dressing room.

The flat is located two/three minutes from the trainstation Giesshübel and Binz and 5 Minutes from the Manesseplatz. You are at the HB in 5 Minutes. There's a terrace with a cozy lounge (with a sun umbrella) and a grill. The kitchen with two sinks is spacious and has a dishwasher. In the second OG there's a washing machine and tumbledryer for free unlimited use. There are three bathrooms in total, two of them with a shower/bathtub.

Our WG is very easygoing, lgbtq+ friendly and with a great variety of jobs and interests. Everyone is between 23 and 31 years old. Due to our mix in heritage, we mostly speak english together. Feel free to contact me in german or swiss german tho. We are looking for a tidy and open-minded person who plans on staying at least until the end of the contract at the 31.12.2025. There is a possibility, that the rental contract gets extended but no guarantee there.
