The apartments for older people are small apartments ranging from studios to 2.5 rooms. These apartments are located around a generous and bright inner street. Double-height communal areas create real meeting spaces to complement the living offer and allow older people to experience beautiful encounters.

The apartments benefit from living areas with great habitability and are adapted to the needs of seniors. All apartments have spacious balconies, a ceiling height of 2.60 m, and are equipped with double flow.

Building C houses apartments for families with 2.5 rooms, which are illuminated from two sides. On the ground floor are the two entrances to the apartments as well as a sales area with a private outdoor space.

On the east side, there is a communal room for residents, which complements this level and allows residents to gather and organize private events. The family apartments all have a ceiling height of 2.60 m and are equipped with double flow. The apartments benefit from a generous living area that is extended to a loggia or terrace with a storage room.
