We are renting a top-renovated 3-room apartment (88m²) on the 4th floor (no elevator) at Dornacherstrasse 260 in Basel. Beautiful parquet floors in all rooms, new kitchen, new bathroom with glass shower cabin and washing tower. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a balcony.
The intercom system is equipped with video. A spacious cellar compartment is also available. A parking space directly in front of the house can be rented additionally.
Public transport stops (Tram line 16, Bus line 36) are within short distance. The SBB train station is directly accessible with the 16 tram, and the Badischer Bahnhof can be reached with the 36 bus. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The Bruderholz is also quickly reachable with the 16 tram for those seeking recreation.
The residential area, which is itself a small town in terms of population, has received generous meeting and event spaces again after many years without corresponding opportunities. Due to the relocation of Sulzer-Burckhardt, an industrial wasteland also emerged in Gundeldingen. On this area known as Gundeldingerfeld, cultural institutions, a restaurant, and a hotel have established themselves among others.
