Our new "Cluster light" housing idea offers the ideal mix of private seclusion and communal togetherness, so the best of shared living! For a new building expected to be completed at the end of 2026 in Erlenmatt Ost, the Habitat Foundation is looking for a group of seven people to move into seven bright 1.5-room apartments with kitchen and bathroom of approx. 42 m² each. Thanks to the adjoining shared kitchen on the ground floor facing the courtyard, communal cooking and eating with different groups and guests is possible at any time. The shared use of the shared kitchen is included in the rental price. All apartments are accessed via a gallery on the courtyard; three are located on the ground floor like the shared kitchen, and four are on the 1st floor.
