From 01.07.2025 or by arrangement, we are renting a modern 2.5-room maisonette apartment with a large heated hobby room (ceiling light) integrated directly into the apartment.
The apartment offers a wonderful view of Lake Zurich through the large windows in the living area and on the balcony.
On the ground floor, you enter the open dining area from the small private entrance. Here is the modern kitchen with a glass ceramic stove, oven, combi-steamer, and dishwasher. The spacious living area with lake view and access to the balcony, as well as a guest toilet with washing machine and dryer, are also located on this floor.
On the lower floor is the large bedroom (24sqm) with access to a small garden seating area, the bathroom with WC, shower, and bathtub, as well as a large hobby room (22sqm) with skylight, from where there is direct access to the underground garage.
The apartment is quiet yet very centrally located. The two train stations in Oberrieden can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. The nearest bus stop (Horgen – Thalwil) is only 200 meters away. The motorway connections Thalwil or Horgen are just a 5-minute drive away. By train, you can reach Zurich Enge in 15 minutes, and Zurich HB in 20 minutes. Within a radius of 300 meters, there are Coop, Beck, pharmacy, bank, and municipal administration. Daycare, kindergarten, and schools are also within a few minutes' walk.
The rent including advance costs is CHF 3180.-/month. The underground parking space accessible directly from the apartment can be rented for CHF 120.-/month. There is also the possibility to take over a cellar compartment for CHF 80.-/month.
Pets are possible by arrangement.
The apartment and the development have been extensively renovated in recent years (including new floors and new main bathroom in 2016, new kitchen in 2022). A lot has also been done for the environment: Recently, a geothermal heating system and a photovoltaic system were installed.
Before the new tenants move in, the following work will also be completed:
· New paint for the exterior and, where necessary, interior walls
· Preparation of the terrace floor at the lower garden seating area
