In the Bern agglomeration, we are renting a spacious, light-flooded, 120 m2 large, 4.5 room apartment in an energetically renovated and extensively refurbished 2-family house in a quiet location (30 zone, no through traffic).
Thanks to photovoltaics (ZEV > connection for self-consumption) and solar thermal energy (heating & hot water) from the roof, the operation of the house infrastructure is largely environmentally friendly and CO2-neutral.
The apartment has three large rooms (17, 12.8 & 12.1 m2), a generous open living space with integrated dining and entrance area (51.3 m2), and a spacious balcony (12 m2) with afternoon and evening sun.
A new kitchen with ceramic glass stove, dishwasher, etc., sufficient storage space and storage room will be newly installed (details see kitchen plan).
In the spacious bathroom (shower/WC), a separate washing tower can be installed if needed. Furthermore, a separate guest WC is available. A laundry room with washing machine/tumbler, as well as Secomat (all with WZU), and a large attic complete the offer in the house.
The central entrance area, accessible to all rooms, offers enough space for a reading or play corner.

The hot water generation is today practically CO2-neutral all year round through the solar system on the roof. A large buffer storage in the basement is used for storing solar energy, which also provides heat for the WP heating. The heat pump is supplied during the day with cheap electricity from the integrated photovoltaic system. The ancillary costs are therefore significantly lower than with other properties.
